You Can't Do It on Your Own

"God won't give you more than you can handle."
I've heard this quote, and similar versions, so many times. I've even said it myself.
It's not true though!

God will give you more than you can handle on your own. 
He wants you to lean on HIM when you're struggling, and not try to face it alone.

God works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
How comforting is that?

End It!

Today, February 27th, was the awareness day for the organization End It Movement.
There are over 27 million  men, women, and children that are victims to slavery.
Human trafficking is a serious issue.
These things are not just in other countries. They are hiding in the shadows around us everywhere.

No human should have the right to own another human.
Shine the Light on slavery. 

Slavery still exists, and I WON'T STAND FOR IT.
Carry the message of FREEDOM to those around you.
Use your VOICE to spread awareness and love.

Those supporting the #enditmovement drew a red 'X' on their hands today to tell the world that it ends here.

Another AMAZING organization is Destiny's Rescue. They are dedicated to rescuing children from human trafficking and sexual exploitation. They state that there are an estimated 1.2 million children trafficked each year- the majority of them are lured, bribed, or forced into the sex trade. That's one child every 26 seconds!

Although this is heartbreaking stuff, it is important to be informed about what is going on in YOUR world.
Use your voice to bring freedom to the broken!

Our amazing God is the One who can rescue these. Pray.
Love will end it.
